Ann Tessneer
Ann Tessneer is an accomplished litigator and strong advocate in estate planning, elder law, and probate matters. She has effectively represented clients in negotiating favorable settlements in mediation, early neutral evaluation and other ADR venues, and also provides competent, aggressive representation in the courtroom. She is skilled at providing practical legal advice in the areas of estate planning. With the growth of the aging population Ms. Tessneer has taken a special interest in the area of elder law and has extensive experience helping families with long term care planning and navigating the complex area of probate law.
