Ann Tessneer, ESQ.
Welcome to my website! I'm delighted to connect with you, whether you have questions or are seeking representation.
With over 25 years of legal experience, my practice has focused on Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Probate Law since 1996, primarily serving the East Central Minnesota region. I am dedicated to advocating for my clients, whether in alternative dispute resolution or in the courtroom.
I prioritize prompt communication, ensuring I respond to all phone calls and emails within 24 hours. Transparency is key to my practice—I offer a reasonable hourly rate and fixed fees for most estate planning services. Payment plans are available when appropriate, and clients receive upfront cost estimates and monthly invoices.
Located in a serene rural setting, my office provides a tranquil environment for consultations. Outside of work, I am a partner at North Folk Winery with my husband. I also enjoy spending time with my three English Springer Spaniels, hiking, biking, kayaking, and savoring the outdoors.
